Summary 1500 Central Avenue is a new $100 million development that will include residential space, retail shops, a possible museum or art gallery, and restaurants. Developer, Grady Pridgen acquired part of the land, and expects to close on the balance later this summer. The project is located next to Fergs Sports Bar. To create the new complex, the land from an old lumber company will be used. It is the largest contiguous landsite in the Central Avenue and Grand Central District. The project will be appoximately 3-acres. It will be Pridgens first green complex. |
